Is there really zero commission? +
Yes. ReeveOS charges a flat monthly subscription fee and nothing else on bookings. When a client books a £60 appointment, £60 goes to you. There is no per-booking fee, no marketplace commission, and no percentage taken from your revenue.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. ReeveOS subscriptions are monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can test the platform fully before committing to a subscription.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do I need to use Dojo for card payments? +
No. Dojo card processing is optional. You can use your existing card reader and payment setup. However, the 0.3%/0.7% Dojo rates represent significant savings for most businesses, so many ReeveOS customers choose to switch.
Is ReeveOS GDPR compliant? +
Yes. ReeveOS is built for UK businesses with UK GDPR compliance built in. Client data is stored encrypted, access is role-based, and clients can request their data or deletion at any time. For aesthetics clinics handling medical data, the platform includes GDPR-compliant consent form storage with a full audit trail.
What does "delivery: 5–8% commission" mean? +
For restaurants using Uber Direct for delivery through ReeveOS, a 5–8% commission applies to delivery orders only. This is dramatically lower than Deliveroo (25–35%) or Just Eat. All other bookings and orders are commission-free.
Can I import my clients from Fresha or Booksy? +
Yes. ReeveOS accepts standard CSV imports of client data. Export your client list from your current platform and import it directly. Our onboarding team can help you through the process.
