About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ReeveOS platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Rezvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ReeveOS Ltd ("Rezvo", "we", "us", or "our") is a UK-registered company (Company No. 12345678) that provides booking and business management software for independent service businesses across the United Kingdom.
These Terms apply to both business owners who subscribe to ReeveOS and customers who book services through the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Creating an Account
Eligibility
To create a ReeveOS account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- Operate a legitimate business (for business owner accounts)
- Not be prohibited from using our Service under UK law
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
Use Strong Passwords
Create unique, complex passwords and update them regularly
Keep Credentials Private
Never share your password or login details with others
Report Suspicious Activity
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Enable Two-Factor Auth
Add an extra layer of security to your account
Important: You are liable for any activities conducted through your account, even if unauthorized. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Subscription Plans & Pricing
ReeveOS offers subscription-based access to our platform for business owners. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan.
Free Trial
14 DaysAll new business accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Pricing Changes
30 Days NoticeWe may change our subscription prices at any time. We'll provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Your current subscription rate will remain unchanged until renewal.
Billing Cycle
Auto-RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You'll be charged on the same day each month/year. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Payments (via Stripe Connect)
ReeveOS Does Not Process Customer Payments
All customer payments for bookings and services go directly to the business owner through Stripe Connect. ReeveOS never holds, processes, or has access to customer payment funds. We are a software platform only.
For Business Owners
Stripe Account Required
You must connect a Stripe account to accept customer payments. Stripe handles all payment processing, compliance, and payouts directly to your bank account.
Stripe Fees Apply
Stripe charges standard processing fees (typically 1.5% + 20p per transaction in the UK). These fees are deducted by Stripe before funds reach your account. ReeveOS does not take any commission from customer payments.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for taxes, VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and all financial obligations related to customer payments. Stripe provides detailed reporting and tax documentation.
For Customers
Secure Payment Processing
All payment information is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ReeveOS never stores or has access to your full payment card details.
Payment Goes to Business
When you book a service, payment is charged directly to the business owner's Stripe account. For refunds or payment disputes, contact the business owner directly or file a dispute through your bank or Stripe.
Booking Services
ReeveOS facilitates bookings between customers and service providers. When you book a service through the platform:
Direct Agreement
The booking creates a direct contract between you and the business owner. ReeveOS is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for service delivery.
Booking Confirmation
You'll receive confirmation via email and in-app notifications. It's your responsibility to attend appointments at the scheduled time or cancel appropriately.
Appointment Changes
Modifications to bookings are subject to the business owner's policies. Contact the business directly for rescheduling or special requests.
No-Show Policy
Business owners may charge fees for missed appointments without notice. Check the business's cancellation policy before booking.
ReeveOS provides the platform for bookings but does not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes. All service-related issues must be resolved directly with the business owner.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellations
Business owners can cancel their ReeveOS subscription at any time from their account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account anytime within 30 days
- After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted

Customer Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies for bookings are set by individual business owners. Common policies include:
Business Cancellations
If a business cancels your appointment, they are responsible for issuing a full refund. Contact the business owner directly or reach out to our support team if issues arise.
Important Note
ReeveOS is not responsible for refunds on customer bookings. All refund requests must be directed to the business owner, as they receive payment directly through Stripe. Rezvo cannot issue refunds on behalf of businesses.
Business Owner Responsibilities
Business Owners Are Solely Responsible for Their Services
ReeveOS is a software platform only. Business owners are independent service providers responsible for the quality, legality, safety, and delivery of all services they offer.
As a business owner using ReeveOS, you agree to:
Maintain Proper Licensing & Insurance
Hold all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required for your business and services in your jurisdiction.
Comply with All Laws
Follow all applicable UK laws, regulations, health and safety standards, data protection requirements, and industry-specific rules.
Deliver Quality Services
Provide services professionally, safely, and as described in your listings. Honor all bookings and commitments made through the platform.
Provide Accurate Information
Ensure all service descriptions, pricing, availability, and business information on your profile is truthful and up-to-date.
Respond to Customers Promptly
Communicate clearly with customers, respond to inquiries, and address complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner.
Handle Financial Obligations
Manage all taxes, VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and financial disputes related to customer payments received through Stripe.
Protect Customer Data
Safeguard customer information in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws. Use customer data only for providing services.
Prohibited Activities
Do not offer illegal services, engage in fraudulent activity, discriminate against customers, or violate platform policies.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer using ReeveOS to book services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
Give truthful contact details and booking information. Update your profile if your details change.
Honor Your Bookings
Arrive on time for appointments or cancel with appropriate notice according to the business's policy.
Make Timely Payments
Pay for services as agreed. Do not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
Treat Businesses Respectfully
Communicate professionally and respectfully with business owners and their staff at all times.
Follow Business Policies
Adhere to the terms, cancellation policies, and rules set by individual businesses.
Use Platform Lawfully
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent payment systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination. Disputes with businesses should be resolved directly with the service provider.
Intellectual Property
ReeveOS's Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, software, code, trademarks, logos, and materials on the ReeveOS platform are owned by ReeveOS Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the ReeveOS platform without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ReeveOS, including business descriptions, photos, service listings, and customer data. However, by using our platform, you grant Rezvo a limited license to:
- Display your content on the platform and in search results
- Use your business name and logo in marketing materials (with permission)
- Store and process your content to provide our services
- Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material, trademarked content, or images you don't own without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
ReeveOS is a software platform that connects businesses with customers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of business owners or customers using our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ReeveOS Ltd shall not be liable for:
Service Quality or Outcomes
The quality, safety, legality, or results of services provided by business owners through the platform.
Payment Disputes
Disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or financial issues between customers and business owners. All payments are processed directly by Stripe.
User Conduct
Actions, behavior, or communications of users on the platform, including fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations.
Third-Party Services
Issues arising from third-party services we integrate with, including Stripe, email providers, or cloud infrastructure.
Data Loss or Security Breaches
Loss of data, unauthorized access, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control, though we implement industry-standard security measures.
Indirect or Consequential Damages
Lost profits, business interruption, reputational damage, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of ReeveOS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim. For free users, our liability is limited to £100.
Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription from your account settings or contacting our support team. Upon termination:
- Your access continues until the end of your billing period
- You can download your data within 30 days
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
- No refunds for unused time or partial billing periods
Termination by ReeveOS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
In case of termination by ReeveOS, you may not be entitled to a refund. We'll provide notice when possible, but immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of ReeveOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@reeveos.app to resolve disputes informally.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may pursue mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings, which may be faster and less costly for both parties.
